You planned your first small dinner with some pod friends to show off your mad cooking skills that you learned during quarantine, and you have a naked wall. Breathe. Remember, it's spring, and you have an arsenal of dreamy floral prints at your fingertips that you're currently drumming on the table. Now chop-chop!

Isn't it glorious to lie down on your couch with the windows wide open, drinking in the pure fresh air, and then suddenly, you're bored? You have plenty of food in the refrigerator and haven't practiced your ukulele in months. We think you know what to do. Picnic time!!!

Grab that fluffy blanket sitting at the bottom of your closet, as comfort is essential. What to eat? Cut up some apples, make a tuna melt, or if you're feeling adventurous, an oyster po'boy, and yes, indulge, bring the potato chips! Whatever you do, please do not forget the ukulele for that Hawaiian vibe! But wait, as you're getting set to leave the house, you notice something that causes you to wrinkle your nose. The space above your couch is completely and dreadfully EMPTY. It's ok, write it down on your post-picnic to-do list.

It's a Saturday, yay, and you watched The Sound of Music last night for the first time. What a classic! In conjunction with the warming weather, you feel inspired to make ball gowns out of curtains, write songs with no real words, run through the hills and put fancy paintings on your walls. You are ready to take on life at Mach 3.

First of all, stop, once again, breathe. It will all fall into place. Do you have any balls that require a gown? More than likely, no. Are you a famous recording artist? Maybe in your dreams. Shortly, there will be fields-O'plenty filled with new blooms awaiting your frolicking. And yes, finding some new canvas gems to line your walls with Springtime themes will help keep that pep in your step and spark in your heart.
