Shipping & Delivery
All orders placed within the 48 contiguous United States are eligible for free shipping!

Orders may take up to 5-7 businesses days to assemble and ship but most orders have a turnaround time of about 72 hours. Customers who select “Free Standard Shipping” should expect to receive their orders from 6-10 business days from date of purchase.

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Domestic & International Shipping
We are currently only shipping to select US territories. All available shipping territories will be listed during your checkout. If it's not listed we currently do not offer shipping to territories such as Alaska, American Samoa, District of Columbia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Palau.

P.O. Box Shipping
Most items can be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Please note that this may result in a change of carrier or shipping cost. We are unfortunately not able to ship to APO or FPO addresses.

ReturnsWe're proud to provide a free return label for qualifying orders within the contiguous U.S. If you'd like to return your order, email us at support@FineArtCanvas.com. Please include your order number and the product you'd like to return in the body of the email. We recommend that you add If we determine your support@FineArtCanvas.com to your SAFE SENDERS list to avoid the notification being filtered as spam/junk mail by your email provider. If we determine your order qualifies for a free return, we will send you a return shipping label.

If you ordered outside the 48 contiguous U.S. OR ordered an oversized print in the 50"x50" and 60"x45" sizes, we will NOT be able to provide a free return shipping label. You are still welcome to return your item, but shipping and handling will be at your own expense.

If you'd still like to return pieces in these sizes, the estimated return price will be $280 via FedEx ground. Please ensure that you package the print exactly as was received to avoid incurring any additional costs or fees.

Refunds
Once your return has shipped, please email us the return tracking number to ensure your refund is issued promptly.
